Foreign personnel and the G account
If you are not sure whether the employment agency you are working with actually pays the obligatory contributions and taxes, and you want to avoid that the premium for (basic) health insurance is not withheld from the earnings of your foreign employees, you can choose to use a G account.
What is a G account?
A G account is a special (blocked) Girobank account or a bank account from which only the taxes can be paid to the IRS. The G-account will be registered on the name of the employment agency that you work with. Then you as the employer / client / seconding company can deposit money into this G-account. If you do this according to the applicable regulations, you can not be held liable for the amount of money you deposited later on.
